Terms & Conditions — ck441 Platform Rules

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the ck441 platform available at ck441.net (the "Platform"), you — the user ("Player", "you", or "your") — agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies that may be published on the Platform from time to time. These documents collectively constitute the entire legal agreement between you and ck441 ("we", "us", or "the Company") regarding your use of the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

To register and maintain an active account on ck441, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ck441 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by anyone under the age of 18, regardless of local laws or the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of a business, partnership, or any other legal entity.
• You must not be under any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits you from participating in online gaming or gambling activities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

ck441 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during your use of the Platform. Such requests may include, but are not limited to, a copy of a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

If we discover at any time that a player is under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend the account, withhold any winnings generated, and initiate a full review to determine the appropriate course of action, which may include permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on ck441. Opening duplicate, secondary, or shadow accounts — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be permanently closed, and any balance held therein may be voided without compensation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested by the registration form. You are solely responsible for:

• Immediately notifying ck441 support via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

If you receive such a request, treat it as an unauthorised attempt to access your account and report it to our support team immediately. ck441 bears no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

ck441 recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via their account security settings. 2FA adds a second layer of verification to each login attempt, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorised access.

All financial transactions on ck441 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ck441 does not apply currency conversion fees to player deposits or withdrawals.

Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to appear depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank. ck441 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, which are displayed in the Finance / Wallet section.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3–5 business days. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you will be required to complete identity verification. Withdrawals will only be made to payment instruments previously used to deposit funds into your account, unless an exception is approved by our finance team following a formal review.

Anti-Money Laundering: ck441 is committed to maintaining the integrity of its financial systems. We reserve the right to request additional documentation from any player where we reasonably suspect that transactions may be related to money laundering, fraud, or other illicit financial activity. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and, where required, the reporting of suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

Players may only deposit and withdraw funds using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

ck441 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a live promotion at the time of its withdrawal will have their existing bonus honoured in accordance with the original terms.

Sports & Cricket Betting: All bets are accepted subject to the applicable odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be amended or cancelled except in circumstances where ck441 determines that the odds were published in error, a technical fault occurred, or the event in question has been cancelled or suspended. ck441 reserves the right to void bets where odds were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error.

Casino Games: All casino games on ck441 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. Technical Faults: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system failure during a game round or bet placement, ck441 will use reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the game state from server logs and honour the outcome. Collusion & Match-Fixing: Any form of collusion between players, or participation in match-fixing or irregular betting patterns designed to manipulate game outcomes, is strictly prohibited. Accounts suspected of such activity will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and ck441 reserves the right to withhold funds and refer the matter to relevant authorities.

As a registered player on ck441, you agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Using automated scripts, bots, macros, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human intervention.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or network associated with ck441.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to facilitate the transfer of illicitly obtained funds.
• Posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable via any Platform communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any bugs discovered must be reported to our support team immediately rather than exploited.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access or use your account.

ck441 reserves the right to take any action it considers appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including but not limited to: issuing a formal warning, temporarily suspending your account, permanently closing your account, voiding bets and winnings, withholding pending withdrawals, and/or pursuing civil or criminal legal remedies as applicable.

Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your ck441 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Real-money balances will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.

Where an account is suspended or closed by ck441 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance held in the account will be subject to review. ck441 reserves the right to withhold funds for a reasonable period pending the outcome of any investigation. Players who dispute a suspension or closure decision may submit a formal complaint to our support team.

All content on the ck441 Platform — including but not limited to the ck441 brand name, logo, site design, page layouts, graphics, icons, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and software — is the intellectual property of ck441 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from ck441.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
• Use the ck441 name, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform in bulk using automated tools.

All third-party trademarks, game titles, and brand names displayed on the Platform — including those of Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Platform does not constitute any affiliation with or endorsement by those parties of ck441 or its services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck441 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other intangible loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

ck441's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ck441 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ck441 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available continuously, without interruption or error.
• Any defects or errors in the Platform will be corrected within any particular timeframe.
• The Platform is free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components (though we take all reasonable steps to ensure this).
• Any game outcome, odds calculation, or betting result reflects any specific expected value or return-to-player rate on any given session.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

ck441 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered with your account. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure.

The majority of player queries are resolved within 24–48 hours of initial contact.

Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and investigated within 14 calendar days of receipt. ck441 will provide a written decision upon conclusion of the investigation.

ck441 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction. ck441 expressly disclaims any liability arising from a player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted or prohibited.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
